Honey Garlic Chicken Wings

Fixings:

½ cup flour (60 g)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
2 lb chicken winglets (910 g), and additionally chicken drumlets

HONEY GARLIC SAUCE

1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger
½ cup soy sauce (120 mL)
5 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon earthy colored sugar
1 teaspoon sesame seed
scallion

Planning:

Blend flour, garlic powder, pepper, and salt in a little bowl.
