HONEY GINGER CHICKEN
Honey Chicken Recipe Ingredients :
5 Spring onions, 1/2-inch pieces
4 oz. new ginger, stripped and finely ground
2 tbsp. nut oil
3 boneless, skinless chicken bosoms, 1-inch 3D squares
1 yellow onion, cut
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lb. cut mushrooms
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
Honey Chicken Recipe Instructions :
Absorb Spring onions cold water for 15 minutes. Blend ginger in with cold water, then, at that point, channel and crush out overabundance water by squeezing between paper towels (this eliminates the hot taste).
Heat oil in a wok or skillet; add the chicken and saute for 5 minutes or until chicken is obscure in shading. Eliminate utilizing an opened spoon and put away.
Add onion and saute until clear, then, at that point, add garlic and mushrooms; pan sear over high hotness for 1 moment. Return chicken to dish.
Consolidate soy sauce and honey; pour over chicken. Add ginger and blend well. Pan sear for 2-3 minutes until warmed through. Add depleted Spring onions.
Serve right away or refrigerate for the time being for best character.
